i knew that 4-tay had been on Mad TV, but only recently did i see the clip of him in their "after-party" for whatever awards show madtv was covering. I had previously seen 4-tay on the red carpet, but i hadnt seen the afterparty clip. it was hilarious, it was just like 4-tay and 4 of his homies partying with will sasso and that other chick.

no doubt about it Rappin 4 Tay is right now maybe one day Mess or Quinn can get that type of shine, people know 4-Tay from a few of his singles (Playaz Club, Off Parole, I'll Be Around) and of course his appearance on the classic All Eyez On Me

Overall, its easily 4-Tay. There are others that are known in different circles, like industry wise, right now Mess, Ya Boy and Quinn are the three that people know, but you can find fans all over the place that know who 4-Tay is or one of his songs. This guy i worked with had just moved to L.A. from some counrty ass town in Ohio and he walks by me one day about 6 months ago at work singin "Playaz Club." He was always listening to rock music at his desk but I talked to him about the some of the other shit he liked and he said that he also listened to a lot of 90's rap. Specifically 4-Tay, Spice 1, Mac Mall, Too Short, the Luniz, the old school No Limit shit and E-40. He said that he always knew that they were West Coast artists but never specifically from the bay.

jt the bigga figga is 1 of them. he got a shout out from gorilla zoe, was in that juvenile video, i could go on but gets his 'spects from a lotta artists as well as fans.
