Lucky for me... My cuzo Oz. was the poster child for ass whoppings so I learned from his mistakes. Pops was a pimp so all his strength was gone from slapping hos. Mom's was Nolan Ryan with objects.. but I was like Neo from the Matrix when I dodged that shit. I had a quiet but smart mouth, so it was rare I got into shit.
i used to get hit with a belt, switch, hands, wooden paddle and wooden spoons (broke a couple of those). it was funny becuz once i got used to being hit with the spoons and the paddle i would just laugh @ my mom. i remember when i was real young like 8 or 10 we were going to an A's game and i was mouthing off or something and my dad pulled over on the freeway and my mom pulled me out of the car and beat me. once they seperated and i lived with my dad he would juz swing on me. one time when i was about 18 he was trying to hit me and we ended up on the ground. he was hitting me or something and for the first time i hit him back, swift uppercut to the chops, busted his nose. needless to say that was the last time he hit me.
Why is it hard to fathom? I mean, don't get me wrong I'm not knockin ANYONE on here, but is it some sort of badge of honor to have had yer parents whoop you? lol...My parents never laid a hand on me (except ofcourse for spankings etc when I was young) but I think they did a pretty good job of raising me without it....

I REMEMBER THEM YEARS OF GETTIN BEAT BY MY POPS MY MOM NEVER REALLY HIT ME BUT MY DAD WOULD BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA ME N ONE TIME HE PUSHED ME CUZ HE WAS MAD SO I PUSHED HIM BACK N HE GOT IN MY FACE LIKE HE WANTED TO FIGHT SO I KNUCKLED UP N STOOD THERE STARIN HIM DOWN THEN HE JUST WALKED AWAY.. LAST TIME WE HAD SOME PHYSICAL CONTACT.
