Basically anybody who never changed how they rapped from jump. They bay has a unique sound, tempo, and style of rap. I know I'm from the oldschool but I always felt like as times changed rappers should incorporate, expand, perfect, and upgrade not change completely cuz it's like forgettin where you came from. Things change but they always stay the same.
