With the recession/depression upon us. Most Indi Rappers/labels are tightening up their budgets, some closing up shop till the economy gets better. But I say what you see now is what you get. What that means is if you are not active in the Rap Game, you won't be next year or the next. Things are only getting worse for small business and especially independent record labels. If your not planning now or pushing/promoting as we speak chances are you won't be relevant at all next year. More and more people just don't care about buying the newest indi release by Rapper A or Rapper B. So I Mr Ceza promise to help all who seek it. XPLOSIVE MAGAZINE is for you, the independent Rapper. If you need to be in this next issue for whatever reason, please contact me. I plan on making XPLOSIVE more than just a Rap Magazine, cause we as people are concerned about many things, so hit me up with great ideas as well. Remember, you get out what you put into it!

Digital media has really hurt the Print media..................

The library, magazines, and newspapers are quickly becoming obsolete. Just like cd's, analog television, and shopping malls.

the double edged sword of technology......smh

I understand the struggles of the independent magazine publisher. The fact of the matter is, if a Rap music fan wants to follow his favorite Rap artist, they no longer rely on The Source, Murder Dog, Ozone, or Xplosive magazines anymore.

It's easier, faster, and more cost effective to just log on to allhiphop.com, wshh.com, siccness, or follow the artist on Twitter, Facebook, or Youtube.

brick and mortar record stores are also quickly becoming obsolete, because most music consumers download music onto an mp3 or ipod..........
