It would only be temporary or limited, and for some there's no way the government could do that at all. Some people use private networks and servers that government agencies have no access to.


If it happened to the normal internet, then there would mass panic, I think. Stocks would probably drop, people jumping from windows, nerds hangin' from their keyboard cords, ect.
