I get the homey hook up at $500 a beat and bought around 30 from Raw steele...he just upped some new tracks...he is the one who did flatline for mc eiht and did comptons bacc..last year with eiht and cmw...and many more..he just upped some new tracks....Im feeling number 4 the most....

As far as how much I've paid I usually don't pay for production because the album I was working on for myself was a metal/rap album and I had the production covered. But I'm working on a project with someone else, and I got Auditory in the loop, so if we decide to use his tracks, whatever we work out with him is whatever the price is.

Yeah, I was interning when that album was created, but I never got my fingers on that project. Just soaked up some game, and that was pretty much it. As far as Femi is concerned he was one of the first people Keith introduced me to when he took me under his wing, but we never got down on the music tip. Femi = A BEAST. He did so much for that album, but he never got the credit he deserved, and when you see people with that much talent but always getting the short end of the stick you know either God is gone bless em or the game is seriously fucked up.
i got 15k for a track 2 months ago, and i got another one in negotiaton wit a hook on for in two installments of 17.5 (35k)... thats the most ive got (gettin i should say), and to be honest it surprised me cause i was expectin about 5k.. my management-lawyers take 10 and i get my publishing.. hopefully this artist can pull out of this slump and make noise on the track
^^^ nah man, It was kinda some fluke shit. My boy Larry Funk had known some people looking for tracks for the jeep thing and he told them about me and we sent some shit off, they ended up picking my song right away. Some shit I already had made laying around. So the guy that hooked that up ended up getting at me and telling me he's got other clients and agencies looking for tracks so he keeps me posted on the latest stuff now. It's hard to land them consistently. I didn't go to school for anything. i did do a couple weeks at CRC in sac in this MIDI class, but it was a shit I already knew so I quit and People in there weren't as serious about it as I was.
