what programs can convert wav to mp3?

I have some wav files i want to convert to mp3. anyone out there know of a free program that i can use to do this? Im trying to convert some beats i made into mp3.

If you want you can check out this little beat i made a while back. its the only one i got thats in mp3 form. I dont really like it but a couple of my friends did. Tell me what ya think

It's okay, but CDEX works just fine. Havent' had any problems with it yet.
