Tha most expensive West Coast "RAP" video was Dre and Tupac. "California Love" both versions. Don't quote me, but I think it could've been Hammers video too. Apart from Rap, Michael Jackson and Janets collabo was the most expensive video all time and they are residing in the WEST COAST.
