How much are you looking to spend? How often are you looking to use it? What will you be using it for? What kind of power supply do you want? Is size an issue?

that's like saying, "uh i want to buy a car. can someone tell me how much they cost and where i should get one?"

I'm not really looking to spend more than $500. I'll probably just use it on special occasions, about once or twice a month. I'm not going to use it every five seconds when my friends and I get together. I'll just mainly use it for pictures of family members, friends, vacations, etc. Size is not really an issue (I'm laughing for saying that). And I have no idea what you mean when you asked what kind of power supply I want. I don't really know anything about digital cameras.
