I need to know what's worth buying out there that exposes the Northern Valley. I remember last year when Stockton Gone Wild came out I wanted 2 get it but I heard nothing but bad reviews. Same with Sac Town Raw. I remember seeing Mackamento & that had to be the worst DVD ever conceived. Somebody give me the plug on what's good out there exposing the Northern Valley, our artist or whatever. It doesn't even have 2 be about Hip Hop but something showcasing our backyard that's worth copping.

Stockton Gone Wild stole an hour of my life I want back.

The last segment with OG at the Cementary had to be the most reptitive, stupidest shit i have seen in my life. 20 minutes of dude saying the same thing over and over again.

People need to realize that making DVD's on the program that comes with their computer and using a digital photo camera that holds small video clips is not the way to go. anyone got any norcal clips of anything??? I bet I can make a better DVD than those mentioned above. and I never touch film production before.

^ ^ I agree. It not only makes our region looks bad but it takes peoples hard earned money & shows a bunch of coonish ass nonsense. I just want 2 cop some DVD's weather its a documentery, an actual movie or a hip hop DVD with some qaulity filmmaking. Every other region accross America has action @ this shit but us.

The small clip of "G-Parkway" on Thizz Nations "Block Report" was decent. I've yet to see a good well rounded and well presented DVD of the Valley yet.

My Recipe would Include:

Sacramento:

North: Lil Darrelle, Flossalini, Black Zeek, Hollow Tip, C-Lim 80 West, Bugzy, Oz., Skee 64 (RIP),Farm Boyz, Kreep, Hardhittaz, G.P, J-Mack, Dre-D, Bowleggs, H-Wood, etc.

South: C-Bo, C-Way Mafia, Smigg Dirtee, T-Nutty, Bueno, Doitmovin, Doey Rock, Hustlematic, Radar The Hoodstar, C-Dubb, JDK, Marveless, Begee, Young Meek, AK The Teflon Don, Big Famous, X-Raided,Luni Coleone, Lil Pigg Penn, Lynch, Black Market, AWOL, Loki, etc.(List too fucking long)

Stockton: Playgirl Slim, Doja Click, Lil Mondo, L-Capone, Sosa, Mac Fully, etc.

Modesto: Big Chill,

Hoods In Sac:
The Heights, The Manors, The Flats, Highlands, Meadowview, The Gardens 21st-29th, Elder Creek, Oak Park, G-Parkway, Gardenland, Seavy Circle, Franklin, etc.

Studios(Where actually work is being done with a tutorial), Clubs, Sideshows, Interviews (DJs, Radio Personalities, Sports figures, etc.).

But hey... if someone can bake up that cake... I'll help em get all the ingrediants and Ice it.

That would be hella tight but u gotta include Tracy & Merced & showcase hoodz in towns besides Sac. It would look very bias if u did a lot of coverage on Sac & on top of that disclude other towns that I mentioned above when its suppose 2 be all about the Valley.

That's where people like you come in @. I've been to both but no nothing bout either, so it would have to be a decent tour guide to take you to the places that need to be covered in those areas. I know I cant be bias and think Tracy is nothing but a prison town and Merced is well... I really have no idea what goes down in Merced. But just like me... the DVD could shed on light on what's going on out there.

Didn't see Hollows DVD's but Mackamento DVD was WACK!!!!!!!!!!! I remember buying it @ Tower on Broadway. I tryed 2 return it but they said it was against store policy I walked out of Tower hella pissed cuz I spent 20 bucks on that bullshit. This teeny bopper white boy & his white homegirl asked me what DVD I had I showed them. They got hella excited & asked could they buy it from me. I sold it 2 them for 20 bucks & the white boy payed me 10 dollers 2 go in Tower & buy Hood 2 Hood for him cuz they wouldn't sell it to him. But yeah Mackamento is trash.

I gave C-Bo's DVD away over 2 years ago. It was hella week. The only part I like was @ the beginning when he was talking about how he got in the rap game.

While You Wait is not all that good either. The only part I liked was when they had Yukmouth on camera. Yuk was hella funny. The rest of it wasn't that good 2 me.

^^Honestly man, I have 2 agree. C-Bo's DVD was given 2 me by my potna and I only watched it once and The Appetizer has its moments (like you said the Yuk scenes are the highlights of the DVD). I just mentioned those 'cause they're Sac rappers that have some Sac footage in their DVDs.
