He's not talking about temorary file share type storage, but like a permanant host where he can stream and store media for download. It's rare and very hard to find a free host that allows someone to store mp3's wma's or any audio file let alone zip files. You can always have a site that has direct links to the audio files stored on soundclick. If I were you I'd drop a few bucks a month for a decent hosting plan so you don't have to deal with all that bullshit.
