Last night Tech ran through Vintage Tech for me. Pretty amazing shit. 17 tracks, 7 unreleased songs, a few remixs and other hard to find tracks. Tech wanted everyone to see the track listing so see for yourself.

1. Lost Lair of B'zle (intro)
2. Monster - Produced by Don Juan
3. S.H.E. - Produced by Rob Rebeck
4. Save Yourself - Produced by Krizz, Tech and Icy Roc
5. Now It's On (remix) - Produced by Will the Weirdo
6. Be Jealous - Produced by Super Dave
7. Red Necro - Produced by Will The Weirdo
8. The Grench - Produced by Ronnz
9. I'm A Playa (remix) - Produced by Rob Rebeck
10. Trapped In A Psycho's Body (original) - Produced by Ronnz
11. Freaky - Produced by Don Juan
12. My Own Hell - Produced by Don Juan
13. Victory - Produced by Ronnz
14. Mitch Bade - Produced by Don Juan
15. Strange - Produced by QDIII
16. Snake Ya - Produced by Tekneko
17. Shocked - Produced by Tekneko
18. Outro

A very good album in my mind. My early favorites are Red Necro and I'm A Playa remix which uses a sample from Whodini's "Friends", you may know it from Nas and Lauren Hill's "If I Ruled The World". Unfortunately "Deamons" didnt make the cut.

So there it is. I'm not sure what the plans are for releasing this, weather it is packaged with Everready or put out afterwards I don't know. I do know the idea for the cover is pretty funny.

What are your thoughts/reactions? What other songs you think should have been put on/taken off?

The concept is sick considering he has a many material not ever heard. I agree with Amazon though, whats so "vintage" about Snake Ya, Shocked, The Grench and Victory? Some of the others are perfect picks IMO like Be Jealous, Freaky and My Own Hell, cuz even though a lot of us have'em, many don't have a clue. Hopefully its a different Remix of Now Its On than the one with Droop, I assume it is. What happened to "Poison Mist" or whatever? I think it could have been executed a little better, but just doing is tight period. Much love.

Me personally, I think that it could have included a few more "unreleased" tracks that would suit the more seasoned listeners of his music. I see probably 3-4 I haven't heard, maybe it could have been more ??? new or old, wouldn't matter.

Oh and yes, "Save Yourself" is that singing shit from the shows, finally we get to hear the recording of it.... :knockout:

I would be interested in knowing how they plan to release it.

Poison Mist is NNUTTHOWZE and Icy Roc has a clamp on those. Tech said Shocked, The Grench and Victory was put on there because a lot of people like those songs, but they can't play them in their cd player because they were on the dvd. Now It's On is with Lejo, not Young Droop.

Thats too bad bout Tech and Roc, not just for NNUTTHOWSE but in general. And don't get me wrong all those tracks they picked off the DVD are some of my favorites as well but I just didn't think they suited the "vintage" theme. And I know Now Its On is with Lejo...didn't they do a remix on some Droop album?

wasnt there a song called "evil instincts" that was never released.
I think the cd should have more of the the early tech from the NNUTTHOWZE days.

also, when tech was talkin on his dvd..(Photo album section)...he said something about how "if icy roc ever lets that shit go"
what song was he talking about?

I doubt that song will ever see the light of day. The songs material in it is way worse "sickening" than Real Killer was. It brought drama and what not to people's lives w/ what he rapped about. It would be tight though, but its not gonna happen.

Nick, for that S.H.E. song, is Rob strickly a producer or does he also rap on it?

It seems like a big chink of the songs are on the AP DVD already and most people have them burned on a cd or mp3 or IPOD or some other sheeit.

I would not bother putting them on, free up the space on the album for rarer shit, ya know?

You gotta remember not all of Tech's fans are big computer nerds who know how to convert dvd to cd.

Eric - No, Rob Rebeck does not rap on SHE......thank god.

yeah true... but they are nerdy enough to type "tech N9ne - Victory" into Kazaa.

And the CD is called "VINTAGE Tech" right? Not "Tech that you cant get off the dvd, with some old shit, and just some of the favorites"

The "Now It's On" is the same as the original, but remixed to sound better. Will came through with the original tracks for the stuff that he worked on, so we made "Now It's On" sound alot better.

The biggest problem here was finding clean versions of some of the unreleased stuff. Alot of the mixes were horrible/distorted etc on the versions that we had. In some cases, Don Juan and/or Icy Rock would be the only ones with the original versions, etc. Tech didn't want to put something too low of quality on the CD.

There will be a volume 2 with the original Big Bad Wolf and some others that we couldn't get to this time around. This CD will probably come out before Eveready...

sam this isn't beef, nor is it near the status of the m80 board. Everybody is just voicing their opinions on the cd. No one is fightin n shit. I'd just try to get used to it cuz thats how it goes in the siccness.
