Lets see. I just plead guilty to some serious shit a few weeks ago, I was told I can have random tests so not to do drugs...ahhh fuck it I'ma smoke 1 up really quick.....



bwhahahaha dudes going to get a harsher punishment until sentencing and this could also affect that as well

And how do you think this wil llook to the sentencing judge?? He was given orders to comply to utnil sentencing and he isn't doing that....the judge could very well say ok..you defy orders I will now take that into account and sentnce higher than he wanted to orginally

All they did was give him stricter release conditions... be in the house at this time. Wear the thing around the ankle and stay in the house. Y'all fools acting like he got popped with a zip of bomb with the intent to distribute. Damn idiots (not you thascary 1, Hyph, or Gimp)

Tony...I understand what you tryong to say, but listen to what we are telling you.



He's not going to get extra days Just because he smoked....IT'S BECAUSE IT WAS A VIOLATION OF HIS CURRENT CONDITIONS......Now while the violation itself isn't bad.....VIOLATING YOUR ORDERS before sentencing LOOKS BAD!


Remember the sentencing can be anywhere from probabtion up to 25 years behind bars....the judge probably already knows what he is going to do..but ets say he was leaning toward 12 months...now he sees a violation of orders he can say well what is 12 months going to do nothing..this guy dont listen...lets do a higher sentence now

We'll see what happens. The judge make take that into account when sentencing but these idiots are making it seem like he got busted like Nate Newton or Bam Morris...
