UPLOADING A VIDEO ON VIMEO

Not sure if anyone here has experience with this but i have a video that i've compressed to keep the quality and its at 700mb, i can make it less but the quality looks shitty if i do.. is there an option on the site to pay monthly for larger size videos or does anyone know a good way to compress on final cut pro down to 500mb or less and still keep good quality?

they covered this today in my final cut pro class but i was too busy on siccness and didnt pay attention!!! LOL ughhh help anyone?

LOL I used to hate that when that shit happened cept it was myspac...! I know theres options when you convert your final cut file but I dont remember either....maybe using tha H.264 codec? IDK you should ask your teacher. And I cant find anything on Vimeo either which is weird....maybe if you try uploading your 700mb movie and it will probly tell you that you exceeded your maximum for the week and it will show you how to upgrade your account?

im wondering about this too.. they got the 20 bricks video on there, looks like they made it less frames per second cuz its choppy in some parts. but gotdamn it looks hella clean in "HD."
