This is a serious question, and I can't wait for the BS answers I get.

If I am tryin to merge, and people won't let me in, and I slam on my brakes, and the guy behind me slams on his brakes, and the guy behind him hits him, and I leave, am I in trouble?

Must resist the urge.....................You should be clean, It's always the car who hit's fault regardless....following to close will be the ticket.

But seriously why the hell you braking when you trying to merge???? Just get over who cares what the other cars are doing. You wouldn't get the ticket but I would be cussing you out if I was the driver who got hit...lol

^Thanks! I'll keep that in mind!!!!

They had a lane closed down on the bridge, and there wasn't a sign or anything warning drivers. It was a hella last minute thing, and a chick in a Benz talkin on her call phone sippin a nonfat soy latte wouldn't fuckin let me over.

Just keep getting over..
1)she'll either go faster to get in front of you...that leaves beahind her open, 2)she'll stay there...but she loves her benz so uhh not an option
3)she'll be nice and slow down

either way just get over.

naw you dont get the ticket. but on another note, i hate when people go too slow when you tryin to get on the interstate and you tryin to speed up, then that fucks up your shit cause then you either 1. gotta step on the gas hella hard once you already on the interstate or 2. swerve around that motherfucker

Shit, I am an aggressive ass driver....I know how to cut a muthafucka off in a heartbeat, learned from years of leaving A's and 9er games.

IT IS YOUR FAULT, BECAUSE YOU STARTED THE CHAIN

it is her fault but she wont get in any trouble for it cause she didnt hit anybody...both cars should have been far enough behind her to stop when she did

By law...whatever the situation..

If you hit someone from behind

ITS YOUR FAULT

That goes for insurance companies too...

I've been 'the hitter' before on my bike...thats how I know...

Nope you're fine, it is always the drivers fault who hits someone from the back, it simply means that they did not distance themselves enough to avoid a situation like that. The 2 second rule which is what we call it out here is there so that if you are both driving 110km/h and the guy in front of you suddenly slams his breakes you should have enough warning to do the same and not collide.
