So yesterday I'm dumbass loaded and realize I'm down to my last bleezy, so I go to the club while my potnas go to costco to get some pizza. my phone was trippin so I couldn't make outgoing calls for some stupid reason. At the club I got some bomb called "Ben Afwreck" ....shit looked crazy and I had to get it just based on the name....and the fact that it said "Good Bud Hunting" on the board. well I got an 8th of that, another 8th of some kill and a few edibles. I ate a toffee bar on my way back to the Rich and was waiting for my potnas to come thru with the pizza....they were taking hella long so I go to my other friends house, but by the time I get there the pizza is back, so I head down 23rd ave cuz I haven't ate shit all day (except the weed bar). I'm almost there and as I'm about to cut around someone turning in the left lane, a cop is about to merge into the right lane. so I didn't change lanes and waited for the cop to pass....I guess I looked at him too many times and his dumb ass didn't merge, so he waited for me to go then hit the lights as soon as he seen my tags were expired.

I pull over and he asks for my L's & registration. he comes back and I tell him that I just left my insurance place trying to take care of it all and my
checks bounced. he's like "your liscense is suspended" and I tell him that I got sr71 insurance, and it expired so they suspended my L's on the 7th of april....5 days earlier. he's like "we gotta tow the car, get out" he pats me down & sits me on the curb and tells his rookie to watch me. as I'm sitting there I pull out my canibus card and doctors note (I got a SUV so I can't keep my shit in the trunk) and I tell the rookie that my e-brake doesn't work and if he touches the stick the car will roll away. the rookie says ok. I'm like you gotta tell him, or he's gonna make my car run over my toes and roll into your squad car. he says ok. so I hella start backing up, I ain't finna get my toes rolled over for his dumb ass, I try to tell real cop and he's trying to ask me if I got weed in the car. so the cop comes rushing over to me and I'm trying to give him the card & note and he's like drop everything in your hands, he puts me in cuffs and says "you know why you're in handcuffs right?" "obviously thats why I was handing you my medical marijuana card and doctors note" the cop keeps searching my car and my cell phone keeps going off, so I'm sitting there in cuffs going dumb on the curb to my Zestways ringtone by Husalah. shit, I had 10 missed calls after the shit was over. so the rookie starts asking me questions and asks me my cellphone number, I ask him why and thats when I notice his badge doesn't really says "Explorer" and I'm like wtf? I got pulled over by Dora? so I start fucking with him "what does explorer mean" "its a program I'm in" "so you're a rookie or you're not a real cop?" "uuuhhh...." I was about to ask him where Boots was & his Backpack, Backpack where when the other cop came over and stood me up. by that time a few of my friends had seen and started waiting across the street and at the end of the block. I guess the officer found I had an ID in my glove box or something and let me go with it. they gave me a ticket for the trifecta, no L's, no insurance, no registration.....and to top it all off he added a possession charge! I asked to get some shit out of my car before it got towed and he was hella watching me so I couldn't take the rest of my weed edibles that he left in the car.

and I forgot to say SWIPER NO SWIPING so they towed the car!


I left a message for Americans For Safe Access, and I'm gonna see what they say....I hope I can get my quarter back or at least the money back for it......club trees are so expensive

I can't get tags without insurance. my sr71 insurance expired and my check didn't go thru, so they suspended my L's because of it.

Ordinarily, motions for the return of property are governed by Penal Code § 1538.5, which vests in the courts the explicit power to return property seized pursuant to a warrant, which is held in evidence. Penal Code § 1536, however, imposes duties upon the police both to retain the property seized pending a court order regarding its disposition and to return the property if it is being withheld unjustly. Hibbard v. City of Anaheim (1984) 162 Cal.App.3d 270, 276, 208 Cal.Rptr. 733. And courts retain no less control over property seized by police without a warrant. Gershenhorn v. Superior Court (Cal.App.2d Dist. 1964) 227 Cal.App.2d 361, 366, 38 Cal.Rptr. 576. Thus, a defendant (or putative defendant) may institute a summary proceeding for nonstatutory motion for return of property, even if no charges are brought against him (Gershenhorn, supra, 227 Cal.App.2d at 366, or after the criminal case is complete (People v. If the police wrongfully destroy the property in the interim, or the marijuana has spoiled, the court may require the police to pay damages. See Holt v. I dunno, the law says they should, so I'm not sure....I mean, the officer didn't take the cookies or pipe either, but I think he didn't really notice the edibles were weed....he did take out the pipe tho, cuz I seen him drop it near the squad car, but it ended up back on my passenger seat

(a) Nothing in this article shall require any accommodation of any medical use of marijuana on the property or premises of any place of employment or during the hours of employment or on the property or premises of any jail, correctional facility, or other type of penal institution in which prisoners reside or persons under arrest are detained.
(b) Notwithstanding subdivision (a), a person shall not be prohibited or prevented from obtaining and submitting the written information and documentation necessary to apply for an identification card on the basis that the person is incarcerated in a jail, correctional facility, or other penal institution in which prisoners reside or persons under arrest are detained.
(c) Nothing in this article shall prohibit a jail, correctional facility, or other penal institution in which prisoners reside or persons under arrest are detained, from permitting a prisoner or a person under arrest who has an identification card, to use marijuana for medical purposes under circumstances that will not endanger the health or safety of other prisoners or the security of the facility.
(d) Nothing in this article shall require a governmental, private, or any other health insurance provider or health care service plan to be liable for any claim for reimbursement for the medical use of marijuana.

11362.79. Nothing in this article shall authorize a qualified patient or person with an identification card to engage in the smoking of medical marijuana under any of the following circumstances:
(a) In any place where smoking is prohibited by law.
(b) In or within 1,000 feet of the grounds of a school, recreation center, or youth center, unless the medical use occurs within a residence.
(c) On a schoolbus.
(d) While in a motor vehicle that is being operated.
(e) While operating a boat.

11362.795. (a) (1) Any criminal defendant who is eligible to use marijuana pursuant to Section 11362.5 may request that the court confirm that he or she is allowed to use medical marijuana while he or she is on probation or released on bail.

(2) The court's decision and the reasons for the decision shall be stated on the record and an entry stating those reasons shall be made in the minutes of the court. (3) During the period of probation or release on bail, if a physician recommends that the probationer or defendant use medical marijuana, the probationer or defendant may request a modification of the conditions of probation or bail to authorize the use of medical marijuana.
(4) The court's consideration of the modification request authorized by this subdivision shall comply with the requirements of this section.

(b) (1) Any person who is to be released on parole from a jail, state prison, school, road camp, or other state or local institution of confinement and who is eligible to use medical marijuana pursuant to Section 11362.5 may request that he or she be allowed to use medical marijuana during the period he or she is released on parole. A parolee's written conditions of parole shall reflect whether or not a request for a modification of the conditions of his or her parole to use medical marijuana was made, and whether the request was granted or denied.

(2) During the period of the parole, where a physician recommends that the parolee use medical marijuana, the parolee may request a modification of the conditions of the parole to authorize the use of medical marijuana. (3) Any parolee whose request to use medical marijuana while on parole was denied may pursue an administrative appeal of the decision. Any decision on the appeal shall be in writing and shall reflect the reasons for the decision.
(4) The administrative consideration of the modification request authorized by this subdivision shall comply with the requirements of this section.​
