I got a ticket a few weeks ago for knockin my radio @ like 10pm, i just got the paper thing in with the court date and shit, and the thing on it says, the fine is for "outside speakers", now, i dont have outside speakers, i just had my window down, is there a way i can fight it in court or should i givein?

fighting a ticket doesnt cost u anything but time...if feel they messed up, just plead ur case and hope for the best..."outside speakers" could mean two things...they filed it wrong, which gives u a greater case of not having to pay for it, or that can just be a loose term they apply to all music thats loud outdoors...anyway, if u feel its worth it and aint got shit to do on that day, just plead ur case but dont be a dick about it...

I got the time, and the court is like 5 mins away so thats really nothing, im just curious if any1 knew if i could use the outside speaker "charge" to dispute it, or if it was a loose term for outside music, I hate paying for tickets, i got off a ticket in Visalia, for knocking my shit, i went all the way down there for court, and the charge the officer wrote the ticket for having it up between 9-6 am, when the ticket was written at 2pm so that got dropped, im hoping i can do the same this time
