I know people from the bay have heard these. Them whistle tips niggaz be puttin on their cars so u can hear em miles away. That shit is tight, it whistles and raise hell. I dunno if it is legal tho, anybody got that shit on their car?

I saw the news video for that thing..that Big Rubb guy had me crackin' up all day....wooo wooo...oh mah gawd...talk about some lame ass crap to put on your car...almost as bad as fucken lighted windshield water dispensers....I mean a whistle...come on now...if you talkin about flowmasters that's a different thing.....let the dogs bark, not squeal =P

LoL, bro cmon...If your in your ride wit some pound in the trunk and you hear the whistle tip over it then thats gay. Those tips arent only found in oakland bro, why you takin it so serious?
