A bold subtitle for a rap album...Tech has explained his reasons for giving his album this title. He truley feels that it is the best work of his life, and that he has been blest by the hand of god to be able to finish it and release it for his fans after his brush with death in the van rollover. he feels that the music on this CD should be studied, praised, and even worshipped as a true religion. The subtitle is like a Doctrine...Its like saying Tech N9ne (exhalted rapper).
I understand his reasoning for the title, but as a fan, I interperet it from a completely opposite perspective. There are millions of people on this planet Earth that believe in some sort of higher power, but can't grasp on to any current organized religion because their common sense and logic tells them that these beliefs are completely whack. Everready provides a sort of intermediary; Tech N9ne is not the second coming but he is not a false prophet either. He encourages people to "Celebrate Life." Enjoy the present because the future is uncertain. With the turmoil that this world is in right now, this is exactly what people need to hear. That is why I have been spreading the word of Everready like a missionary. It's not enough that I get to enjoy it for myself, I almost get more pleasure out of educating others about it. Like those little mormon boys on their bikes with the white shirts and ties.
thats about all I can say for now. This is something I have had on my mind for a long time, and I don't know if it came out exactly the way I wanted it to on paper, but I hope you get the idea.

GOOD TIMES, NOODLE SALAD

I think that Tech makes fun music, "verbal gymnastics" and we should probably leave it at that. Tech is just a man, and just as flawed as the rest of us at least. The guys got talent, but we all are blessed with individual gifts. I have looked forward to Techs music for years, but don't make him out to be more than he is; an artist. I wouldn't worship anyone that is going to die or anything that is going to rust and decay. The religion is a cute title, but I don't think ER is a doctrine to be studied and practiced as a practical means of life. If you are going to love Tech N9ne, then love him for recognizing the blessings that God has given him.......Unless you his woman?

I dont think he is tryin to say he is actually a higher being or anything- i think he is just in an exalted position to reach a lot of open minds and that he feels as a responsibility to spit real shit. Real shit about life, the shit that other rappers are too scared to speak on. I think thats why he calls himself THEREAL. And of course he is just as flawed as all of us- he makes songs that are insulting himself, talkin about times he fucked up. The bible is filled with stories about dudes fuckin up ex)Judas- they are in there cuz they teach us something about human nature and i think that what Tech does is he teaches a lot of people about themselves through his music which is filled with his REAL personal experiences and REAL emotions.

Thanks for the positive feedback man. I guess there is at least one other person on this board with more than half a brain.
