Not sure what the extent of it is, but anyone else in Gilroy or north have problems using ATM's or Credit Cards or the Internet. I was in Gilroy with the fam, went to walmart to get some house shit and they had a sign that said Cash Only due to technical difficulties.. So we bounce to the gas station and some dude was about to flip on the ATM because it wasn't giving him his cash. So I go across the street and Bank of America is closed because of system outages, the shell station too was even crazier. No cellphone service either! Besides all that my charter internet hasn't worked all day (using my phone as a modem now). Anyone else have a problem?

My mom works for ATT and she's got the scoop. Basically, ATT techs have been planning a strike against the management. The strikers posted a threat to the company on their website, stating something along the lines of "We'll make sure you have a Happy Easter."

They suspect some of the strikers broke into a facility with all the main wiring, and cut a bunch of fiberoptics lines, in order to create more hardships for the company. Since all the field techs are going to strike, ATT has been training management to perform field tech work, such as climbing up electrical poles and crawling down crawl spaces and replacing fiber optic lines, etc.
