"Tha U.S. Open " Recordings Question

just a question out of curiousity...how many of the songs on Tha U.S. Open were completed before Dre's passing...i know "Maca-Frama-Lamma" is an old track from Mall's album...

Mac A Frama is the only song that was older.
I was suprised to see it on the CD,
the overall CD is new material unreleased before, cd is sick

Thats a good question. Id like to know if Dre had imput on all the beats and everything. And if they shot the cover becfore or after or during recording

Im not sure, but it Sounds to me like a lot was done after Dre's passing. To me the album sounds incomplete, it seems like verses were cut short, choruses just filled in, and production not on point as their other albums....but still a tight album

I didnt hear this. Maybe verses were shared 8/8 but shortened...probably not. Go back and listen for 16
