What will it take for another artist to shine on Strange music? I know that Kutt Calhoun is tight. Skatterman and Snug are solid. Honestly, I feel Krizz Kalicoe has the most talent on the label. Big Krizz is a sangin', not singing, motherfucka and his rap skils are probably just as strong as Tech Nina. WASSUP WITH A BIG KRIZZ ALBUM? That joint might be the one it takes to establish Strange Music as a record company instead of just "Tech's Label". Holla atyaboi!!!!!!!!

after everready others will get there time in, techs album is very time consuming cuz they want the best. I agree with you on krizz tho, i dunno bout his raps bein just as strong as techs but he is deff skilled. if/once tech blows, krizz will be next.

I really don't think needs to pass the torch. There is enough talent on the label for each of them to have a torch. Kutt Kaliko & Tech rank right up there with the best & most talented in the game period. Skatter & Snug are great as well. I haven't gotten into PDM & Critical Bill too much, but its just a diff cup of tea for me.

I think Strange has a goldmine and I am hopeful that the mine won't go untapped. Good thread ....if all can keep their cool.

well if you look at how dr. dre branched things out, it shows how you can do that. like he signed eminem, then eminem signed 50 cent, and he brought g unit up.

i think a review of B.L.E.V.E. on www.rapreviews.com said that kutt should have been recognized in the industry a long time ago and that he could easily break out if he had more exposure and a video...kutt is definitely one of the best rappers i've ever heard, but i don't understand if krizz is a singer or a rapper?

strange is definitely being slept on, but i don't think they'll ever make it as big as they should...they might get to the level of def jux, but i don't think they're commercial enough to go farther than that

with pdm on there it might bring em down if they wanna go mainstream mianstream, just their image wont break through, cb might be able to get recognition, but definately kutt n krizz and tech should be big timing it right now, but who knows

I pretty much like everyone on the label, except PMD, but lookin at it I think Kutt would have the next best shot at going global. Even thou I want every one on that label to do good, and they all have the talent to do so, but BLEVE was straight fire. To bad that a lot of people slept on it.

Right now Kutt is like Tech back in the older days when no one knew he was, he's got mad skills and I rank him right up there w/ Tech too. I think in due time he too will get his shine. And I gotta agree w/ those who say Krizz is versatile... the man can def hold up the harmony and he can rap, and I'm def lookin' forward to hearin' more from these cats.

if Strange wants to go mainstream, then BG Bulletwound with the type of beats he has and his rapping style would definitely do it for them even though he isn't necessarily my favorite
