Tech N9ne and Michael Jackson

I searched the forum and didn't really find anything on this so I thought I would ask you all. What was the deal between the two? Were they friends or did they have some sort of connections or what?

I've always wondered about this and maybe I am out of the loop on this subject so hopefully some of you can shed some light.

If this is pointless to any of you I'm sorry, I just want to know.

I strongly believe the only connection between the two is that Tech N9ne respected Jackson's musical abilities.. which is shown with Tech and Kutt performing Kutt's track 'I See It' with the Billie Jean instrumental at live shows and Tech using the same concept for the cover on his album Killer to that of Michael Jackson's Thriller, and both have worked with Qunicy Jones.. thats as far as the ties go..

I asked Tech one time during the killer era if he ever talked to michael and he said no.
