EDIT* I get that Tech's on the Paid Dues festival, but Crooked could still be talking about Immortal Tech.

They were shouting out performers on Paid Dues, which Tech's performing on, not Technique (I don't think anyway). Not to mention that Crooked has shouted out Tech N9ne before. I believe it was in the video of him recording with DieNasty Records. There's also the fact Tech's wanted to record with him for a while, so I'm sure there's probably been some contact prior to this.
