does anyone know if tabb doe - jake the fake/da hip hop single from hella flava album was released on tape only or cd? and does anyone know what year the single came out?

i know i went to a record store and i found 2 copies of that single on cassette and i neva knew it was a 12" and they didnt even list that single on allmusic.com

and did it have the tracks jake the fake (street, clean, instrumental) on 1 side and then da hip hop (remix, clean, lp) on side 2 on the 12"?
