The first thing you'd probably be asking is exactly who is T.O.N.E-z?
Well, for one he's a guy that's been on MTV with more than one video, his brothers are T La Rock (first Def Jam artist) and Special K (from Treacherous Three, did such revolutionary songs as The Body Rock). Also he's been boys, he's on Rydas Records and he's already worked with Myzery, Jason Porter, Intrinzik, Lo Key, and Geist. So, I think he offers a unique perspective.
So anyway, here's the clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KthUG-ceSDY
If you want to see a video providing more commentary on the industry then check this out: "Mannaquines / State of Hip Hop": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bAVDAG3i0lM
