I scanned it and I didn't see any dollar signs, anybody know what janitors make at GU and what the demand is for? Seems like a lot of noise but not much results.

Exactly this attitude - You're too bougie for me, she's too rich for me, you're too white for me, etc. This kind of "Nyea nyea" attitude is just as bad as being rich from Stanford and talking about living wages.

In fact 99% of left wing causes were thought up by.....

We have a winner, folks! - Upper class, western European, bougie rich white people. Democracy, Communism, Socialism, International law, Common Welfare, Liberalism, Accountability, Multiculturalism, Transparency in government, etc.

Just look down on them CB, and know you are better. Don't just think it, know it.

^^^Exactly...u dont see other people doing this, so blaming them for their image is exactly what right wingers do, it fuels the separation and polarization of this country. "Bush is more like my peoples" or "Kerry was a rich New Englander"...its all bs in the course of what theyre trying to do.

It's about 9 days late, but I thought I'd update and let y'all know that Georgetown has incorporated a living wage in their Just Employment Policy.

Starting 1 July, the minimum wage will be $13/hour to be increased by another dollar for the fiscal year of 2008. Afterwards, the wage will be adjusted annualy in consideration with the CPI for Baltimore-DC Metro area.
