on his other pendants, it specifically states that they won't bend, break, rust, etc. BUT on the site where he's selling the Strange Music logo pendant, he doesn't say anything about the quality if it's sterling silver or anything.

Damned good detail... It'll probably be a best seller if Trav had some made up to sell at shows... I remember the day the mold came in the mail for the original chain, shit is HUGE!!!

I asked the seller about it and he said this:
well....if you know your laws this design is more than 30 percent different than his just like his is more than 30 percent different than the barcardi logo. I have already started filing for the copyright for this design. I have the certified mail of this design in my hand. So within all legal ends of this it is covered. If you question that end look up the US copyright office website, or limitations on design rights. Just like my design of the hatchetgirl is already taken by me, and is fully legal.

he told me another thing about how Strange Music is trademarked by a company in NYC:

You want to know another fact. The title Strange Music is held by a company in New York. They trademarked it. So the label is not even operating in a legal fashion. Sorry if I sound like an ass but you got on the subject of legal rights.

damn, all I can say is that he really has his shit together! F'N crazy.

I just got off the phone with Travis, he's gonna try to contact the guy and see what's up.

You can trademark a name but that doesnt mean someone else cant have it. TM, C, R, whatever. How many chinese resturants out there are called, HONG KONG?? lol.... MANY! is China going to sue them all? no. that goes for many other business' out there. Whoever else has the title Strange Music is obviously not very popular. I have never heard of them or anyone affiliated w/them.
