State Of Emergency Kennels is proud to announce to the Bay Area Rap Talkers that J. Diggs and Thizz Entertainment will be creating THIZZ KENNELS. All their dogs will come from S.O.E Kennels adding to the strenght of the State Of Emergency Bloodline.
