Ok, only thing I have to say is that on the first one, the text is too deep, the bevel gives that unprofessional feel to it. Just drop the pixels down on the filter, that way it would look cleaner? I like how the picture jumps out at you though. That looks nice. I like #1.

Yeah the first one looks good!

Iis it ment to look like a dark room? cause the windows in the background make it look like day light.

maybe u could darken the windows out.

other idea is to mix the backgrounds from the 1st and 2nd together using the dude from the first pic? make it look more crazy.

i think you should use an actual hospital background instead of an empty warehouse........the concept is good, you just have to fix a few thingz
