Yeah for the moment I don't have my own scanner and my phone take very bad picture so I use sellers picture. Why you say I steal them?the seller have released the album? I have to ask them for copyrights? loool
Never seen this kind of reply in all boards, someone who said you steal only because you use pics of 999 or midwest rap...

Many sellers don't mind if you use their pictures, but you should be aware that many sellers put an effort into taking the photos (adjusting the quality, removing reflections from the jewel case etc), especially if they arrange their photos in a special way, so that the picture itself is like their trademark. Why do you think many sellers on ebay photoshop their names somewhere onto the pictures? Other sellers may place the CD on a paper sheet with their names on it. Why do you think rapbay has that "rapbay"tag on every CD in their store? Hell, some have even included a small message on the photo, something like "take your own pictures".
Of course, most sellers won't mind or won't even know, but in respect to the one that has actually taken and prepared the photo you should at least have in mind that if there is a name on it, maybe the seller has put it there for a reason. Especially if you plan on putting up auctions on ebay.

I'll be honest.
I'll be honest with you. I don't like people using my pictures, because I've had people do it before and due to this unauthorized usage another person who bought the item assumed that it was me who sold it to him and got mad and accused me of ripping him off until he finally paid attention to the username. Also, I do take time and take pictures of my items in the same spot on my table, so I can spot my pictures. It is my trademark. Believe me...everybody and their momma knows my auction/store items when they see my pictures of item that were taken on that table. You would be better served taking pictures with your camera phone, because If I see somebody using my picture in their auction, I report them each and every time. That picture is how customers identify with who is selling that item. I understand your reason as to why you're using one of my pictures, but to be honest with you...it ain't wouldn't cut it if it were on ebay. I didn't like seeing it up on this site, mid-west site or the 4thereal site either. Heck my pictures ended up all over Amazon.com as well and I didn't like that either. Basically those pictures are like my identity.

You're quite right sean-sean. Your hunch is correct. Lol! Yeah, your listing will usually survive for 2 days at most before it gets mysteriously taken down. Lol! Whahlah! Poof!!! It's magic!!! Lol!

Lol mikal. More like black magic I was in shock for days after that happened. And of course askari x "ward of state" never rose to that bid level again. Speaking of askari x though, I still can't get over why "message to the black man" doesn't get its due on ebay. Maybe in time it will. But "return of rickey murdock" is all over the place now I could buy 100 of that one for like $20 each and even that is way too high for what you'd get if you turned it back over on ebay...
