..i was watching uber-conservative Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia on CSPAN today, and he mentioned a 'gay' agenda. ...so what is the gay agenda? ..vis-a-vis the heterosexual agenda?

^^And who specifically are the people trying to do this? And how would they accomplish this?

I use to buy weed off a gay guy. He never told me he was gay and he seemed pretty normal. I don't know what he did in his free time, but the again, HIS PRIVATE LIFE WAS NONE OF MY CONCERN. Why are so many people worried about what gay people do and don't do, can and can't do?

"Normal" is the majority. Gays are a minority. EDJ, you should be supporting them, since oppressing minorities is such an offensive act on your list.

The gay agenda, from what my friends have said, is for people to leave them the fuck alone. To let them live just like everyone else. It doesn't matter if they fuck someone of the same sex....Some people fuck animals, but that's not all over the fucking news. They aren't tryin to get people to agree with them, they probably just wanna be left alone and allowed to live their lives and be happy..."Life, liberty and the persuit of happiness." But I guess the majority of our country doesn't think that applies when they don't agree with how someone wants to live THEIR OWN life....The American people are too worried about what others want to do.

^That's on you. Tell the other minorities to stop bitching then. It's all or nothin, either it's equal rights for everyone, majority and minority, or fuck it all. Not, it's okay for blacks and mexicans but not the gays....Gimme a break. Gays have been around for a long time, Romans were gay.

actually, there's strong evidence now that's leading scientists to believe that homosexuality is genetic
So it's a disease? I dunno, but the few gay people I've talked to have had some fucked up lives. Don't get me wrong, I find it disgusting as fuck, but people should be allowed to do whatever makes them happy. But again, their struggle is nothing compared to the struggle that blacks, browns, and other non/whites go through and have gone through.

If this is true then do you think that you personally could choose to be sexually arosed by other men?
No. But a "gay" man can choose to be heterosexual and not be discriminated against. It may be something they have no control of, but they can choose to hide it. Which is what is different about them and other minorities.

Than it's not a choice.

But a "gay" man can choose to be heterosexual and not be discriminated against.
No, they cannot choose to be heterosexual if they are not sexually attracted to the opposite sex.

It may be something they have no control of, but they can choose to hide it.
Rrrright. That would lead to a pretty fucked up life I would imagine. This is exactly why gays are the highest percentage of suicides.

Which is what is different about them and other minorities.
This is where you fail to understand the term minority. Minority does not simply mean the color of your skin; it applies to everything - religion, race, sexual orientation, etc. Minority means “a group of people or things that is a small part of a much larger group.”

Being gay definitely makes you a minority (unless perhaps you live in San Francisco!).

206- They are different than minorities due to race. And I didn't mean that they can choose to be heterosexual, but it's easier to hide being gay than it is being black or brown. They shouldn't have to hide anything and should be allowed equal rights just like anybody else. But their struggle is different than that of a minority due to race, that is all I'm saying, or trying to say.
