Tell them you thought they were throwing a party and you were excited about raising the roof, setting it on fire and burning the house down with all your dance moves.

first thing u do is....not post about actually sayin it on the internet

as far as a text goes...theres no way to prove YOU sent it, even if it was your phone

unless their house actually gets burned down, then its all on you haha

no one knows me on this shit.

and the person involved doesnt even know about this site.

i was just asking because i dont really know about these types of things.

so, as i was saying are there really grounds for pressing charges over something being said?

ha ha, I waz gon say that too. Real talk tho, the judicial system iz so swamped with shit, that unless u actually carry out this threat, I really dont c nuthin happenin wit this. People make threatz and talk shit everyday. I dont think ONE text iz gon get u jammed up.

more than likely...i doubt judges have the time to sit and listen to someone cry about getting a "ill burn your fuckin house down motherfucker" text
exactly

Terrorist threats are not a joke, Stalka. You are going to jail, real talk.
ha, but nah that iz true but I cant c nuthin happenin off ONE text. If you had multiple threatz then yeah but not ONE text
