So I ate a Buffalo & Ostrich Burger today

Hit up this burger spot in my city called Slider's. Didn't expect to see buffalo and ostrich on the menu so I decide to go for it.

Think I'm addicted plus it's healthier, but it did cost a lil more

There's this burger place on close to H and 65th ran by Asian folks and they serve ostrich burgers there. I haven't had the pleasure of trying them though...

yeah deer jerky cooked over hella hours in a smoker using wood chips is the absolute best, so much flavor

the meat was bomb. very tender. nothing like it when prepared correctly.
