No...u cant..but, their rate for pc to landline/mobile calls is hella cheap ($0.023/min) and is not limited to the US...there are hella countries which are part of this Global Rate....

Sounds coo, I already have VOIP and I love it. The quality is not as good as a regular line ( hardly noticeable ) but for 25 bucks a month for unlimted, can't go wrong.

Depends on your connection, if you got less than a 1mb connection, it's going to blow.

if u r interested in free short calls (aprox. 3 min)...try this..... +1800FREE411 ....connect through SkypeOut....look for the person/business u wanna call....if u find it...it will connect u for free......and ur set......u can always use it as regular 411 cept u wont have to pay like u normaly do....

...theres no catch..the service is ad-supported....
