Sizes ??? NFL & MLB Authentic Jersey

Anyone have a translation of jersey sizes. When I buy a regular jersey I usually get a XXXL, what would that be in terms of the Authentics. They have like 52, 54, type shit...Someone fill me in.

i bought an authentic SF Giants jersey 56. I wear 3XLs for the length cuz i'm tall. But the 56 doesnt fit very long, the front is shorter than the back. It just flat out fit like shit. In baseball jerseys I think i need 60. 56 in Football and basketball jerseys fit perfect tho.
