My 401k keeps me investing in the market. I manage my own IRA, but most is in cash with lessor amounts in gold and even less in oil. I'm not confident in the U.S. market and my individual stocks are foreign and dividend paying.

actually, my goal is to be a professional funds manager.

i've invested personally though, yes. but i do not employ a sophisticated strategy or anything, just buying shares of companies that are affordable, and that i feel have a solid future. various industries/sectors. nothing major, small shit at this point in my life.
