Traffic report - Battling Mexico's Sinaloa cartel

By Oscar Becerra

11 May 2010
Mexico's Sinaloa Cartel has won a long-standing conflict with the rival Juárez Cartel for control of the border town of Ciudad Juárez, allowing it to control lucrative trafficking routes into the United States, a US intelligence agent told the press in April. This assessment confirms the status of the Sinaloa Cartel as one of Mexico's most powerful and dangerous drug trafficking organisations, emerging successfully from a prolonged period of turf warfare.

its all about the sinaloa cartel now...muthafuckas are gunna take over all of mexico shit is crazy
There is still the TJ cartel even though its not run by los hermanos arellanos anymore.
The gulf cartel is still operating even though just recently they killed arturo beltran leyva.
I think, what made el chapo well known was the fact that he escape from jail but other then that El MZ runs the sinaloa cartel along with him.
Besides los Zetas, There is an even more powerful group of people called LOS NEGROS that protect the gulf cartel from other cartel's like sinaloa, michoacan (la familia) and colima. so i'll doubt the sinaloa cartel is going to take over mexico anytime soon.

Sinaloa Cartel might be on top right now, but dont count out the Juarez Cartel, they got some real promising young goons coming up through their system. Los Zetas is the Darkhorse with some quality runners, but lack the support of the community cuz of their dirty play. Then you got the lil known, but on the rise, LOS NEGROS, they will be a force to be reckoned with in 5 years

Lol @ los negros, that's The Sinaloa Cartel's version of Los Zetas.

I don't know seems to me like TSC has a strong structure. Do you really see any documentaries on them? Gangland for instance, after that Los Zetas episode shit went downhill. Sinaloa Cartel is too busy making money to be snitchin on eachother and agreeing to being filmed for documentaries.

El Chapo is a billionaire, can any other cartel leaders say that? And he has the endorsement of the Mexican Government. Those troops sent to the border are for Los Zetas lol. RIP ZETAS!

There is a very well known reporter in mexico who sat down with EL MAYO ZAMBADA to interview him.

They are both in the cover (reporter & MZ) of a magazine that came out in mexico. im sure you can find it online.

EDIT: Found this pic online of the magazine.
