What does it mean when it says "*FREE MIXTAPE included with every order"? Do they just send you a random mixtape along with your final order?

you aint gonna get a lil wayne mixtape dude. i ordered some fabricali gear and they sent me some random ass dude outta missouri that had nothin but a bunch of southern smoke samples on it. gave it a listen for about 4 minutes and trashed it asap.
