question about tivo

when you record something on tivo, can you later convert that to dvd form?or put in on casette possibly?...that would be the shit...have all your fave shows recorded then formatted to dvd that way you aint spending 80 bucks for the simnpsons vol4 or some shit digs...whos got soem info on this...much appreciated.

My recommendation tho would be to get a Replay TV...They're highly slept on and have more features...Plus they just dropped the price

Check the website....alot of the stuff ReplayTV comes stock with, you would hafta hack into yer Tivo which is NOT easy....Comes stock with an ethernet port on the back, plus an option to link direct to yer computer and encode whatever u record into DVD
