This is kinda outta left field but anyone know if drinkin to much gatorade could be bad for you? I know to much of anything could have a negative affect on your body, but I've heard from here and there that gatorade ain't as healthy as people think. Cuze basically I went through a 6 gallon jar of the powdered lemon-line in a week, and I for the most part drink it straight all day everyday. Once in a while might have a soda or juice when I'm eatin. My pops was tryin to tell me that drinkin hella it is so bad for your body, but he's crazy sometimes.

^^the quicker you drink it the less time the sugar stays on your teeth, each time you sip it, your teeth get coated....my home girl use to drink like 10 mountain dews a day, and her dentist told her if she was going to do it, to just chug them cause sipping just makes it worse....

Should really only need Gatorade after a workout or physical activity...water is what you should be drinking, but you could use the extra electrolites in Gatorade after losing a lot of sweat.

My english teacher in high school was a track coach for some small country in the olympics a while back and he said that you don't lose electrolytes in sweat. But you do lose them when you are sick or when you throw up so they are good for when you are sick. But my mom is a dental hygienist and she told me that gatorade is worse than soda for your teeth.

You don't just lose electrolytes when you're sick or throwing up. That's why when you're in sports you drink Gatorade to help with shit like muscle cramps and so on.
