Problem with my computer and Siccness

When I visit the Siccness and other websites on my computer, some forums aren't updating themselves. The Music Industry and GOM still have topics from a week ago at the top of the page. The open forum and BART fixed themselves, but were not updating for a few days either. I tried logging out and in again, but no help. It's only on my home pc, too.

This is also happening with at least 2 other websites.

Any help with what is wrong and how I can fix it would be appreciated.

try re-installing your web browser

Maybe delete your cookies.

Just so you know for later...before you close out your browser or go to another website when you were just at the siccness, logout and have the cookies cleared. For right now, do some disk cleanup, get rid of all your history/cookies.
