the japanese RING movies sucked ass, but their storylines told more than the american version....I loved the American version of "The Ring", can't wait till part 2!!! the site so far is crazy with that flash.

oh and, be sure to check out "The Grudge" when it comes out too.

Ringu's storyline was waaaaaaaaay more in detail...and HELL NO, that shit didn't scare me...only the ending did...lol,what kinda killed my "scary" mood was the part when the girl got knocked into the well,lol..that shit looked way too goofy to me
but yo Zero, you HAVE to check out "JU-ON: The Grudge" the asian version... it's 100X's better than Ringu & The Eye

"The EYe" was really good!!! oh man, in Japan, they just released "The Eye 2"...the woman is pregnant this time... I'm trying to look for that dvd right now cause I got an all region dvd player.

If you're trying to look for an all region dvd player, go for a SAMPO....you can mostly buy them at Comic Book/Sci Fi conventions.

Also, about "The Eye", Tom Cruises' production company bought the rights to do an American re-make of it...that explains how he's all into Asian movies, ie: "The Last Samurai"

Speaking of The Last Samurai. That movie fucking sucked. For some reason it took everyone else years and years to become a good samurai but Tom Cruise did it in 6 months AND learned the language. You see the little kids training when they were like 5 years old.

"ZATOICHI"

also, if you wanna see a great asian movie with almost every type of action/fighting sequence, watch "VERSUS"...the horror in it is kinda cheesy, but the rest of the storyline and the action scenes are fuckin awesome...they have it in Suncoast, Best Buy,Sam Goody, etc... buy it, it's worth it.
