That lil documentary looks cool, that is happening all over the Bay Area and America period. They want the hoods to destroy themselves so they can come in and buy it out. Is that mainly gonna be in HP? Richmond is another city this is really effecting, in 10 years it's gonna be full of hipsters who moved in from out of state who want to be close to SF.
