Double D was my 1 of my top 5 favorites. Done heard too many rumors to how the man died. Pick up that "Think About it" or "Continous Heat" w/Telly Mac. Heated albums they is. And I think a new ones coming out too. Its fucked up. Cus instead of a cool pic of the man they got a tombstone on the cover.

That dude is sicc man. On the StreetShow "This Is How We Eat" DVD they have a freestyle from him. It's a nice little clip. I still haven't copped the collabo album with him and Telly Mac. I'm sure it's fire. "Think about It" is a coo album.

Double D was from Fillmoe.
He messed with the Get Low Playaz back when the label was poppin'. He had a solo called Think About It in '96 that's a bay classic. He also put out some kind of compilation with Telly Mac of the Gamblaz called Continuous Heat I think in 2001 or somewhere around that time. I wasn't really feeling that one myself. He died at some point around that time, I don't really know how. I think he got murdered, I don't know in what circumstances.

thanks for the heads up man. I have his "Think About It Album"... definitely a trunk knocker and keeper! So the collabo with him and Telly Mac wasn't so great?
I didn't really give the Double D & Telly Mac album a chance honestly, I just listened to it once or twice and it just didn't sound like my type of beats and shit, so if I were you I'd look for some second opinions...

Man the collabo with Telly Mac was a fuckin classic. Did blood listen to #17? Buy that shit Double sounds completely different as a man. "Flow with me" kicks like kangaroos. I see way weaker albums get love on here.

I agree that way weaker albums get love on here, but that don't mean much... that Double D & Telly Mac just wasn't my type of shit. Nothing Get Low did from 2000 on up really was. The Telly Mac solo, Seff Tha Gaffla's Leathal Weapon, etc. All that shit was bland and boring to me.
