the dude is too white, he lacks details on his arms and face, he needs some kinda skin color or something... but other wise it looks pretty sharp, the background might need to be a touch darker so you can see that it's not white, especially with the white border thing you got going on.

Its clean but it is a lil simple..He name is on one and the title of the album is ONE WAY...I dont think it was greatly executed..The one way sign seems to just be their...I've defiantely seen you do better...

I like the way you did the text and the layering is cool too. only thing i would rethink is the girth of the border. good work other wise.

I think the "one way" sign could've been a lot bigger to fill up some dead space & unfortunately your subject looks like he is trying too hard to pose in a natural position. It also appears as though you took the picture in the middle of the day due to the "hard light" which bleaches out an already light subject.
