read the article. it has nothing to do with his previous surgery. all they did this time was clean up some debris (puss) out from his knee cap. Its nothing. it aint gonna be shit like Penny.. especially since they are sayin he will be 100% by the time the USA starts practicing in July.
Im sure Amare is just basking in all this negativity though. Thriving in it. Just like he says in his commercial "Tell me I can't. I don't hear you."

And every year Penny, Dice, Hill, etc... all were going to be 100% and BACK every year for 5+ years. I hope he comesback fine too but there have been way more cases of not being back to normal then there has been cases of being just has good or better.

And this whole doctors saying he'll be ready..didn't they say he'd be ready and back with no problems by playoffs as well? Well he was back but not without problems.
