I heard from a big homie that apparently this is going down in the pen at the moment. I guess killings in the pen have ceased for now but shit still going down in the streets. Anyone else heard about this?

It's not a truce it's more of an agreement to keep it cool for the time being. Also there is a high rate of people dropping out from both sides and the gang thing is dying out. The dropouts are making their own gangs. Its 2019 I'm surprised grown ass men still gangbang.
