picked this up for PS3 a couple days ago. haven't played a hockey game in ages but read good things about this game so I had to check it out. graphics are top notch. gameplay is hella crazy! controls will deff take some gettin used to. replay value is deff there with this game. anybody else cop it or thinkin about it?

I bought it couple weeks ago at circuit city cheap, It was voted the best sports game of the year on OXM beating Madden09, NBA2k9, Fifa 09.
It's an awesome game adding the team play innovation online and the controls are solid, you can change to the Classic mode on the controls too if you want but you can't do some shit like you can in the new controls.
You can join or make your own NHL team online and play with ya homies and join a League. It's better than NHL2K9 because they really didn't change shit in 2k9 while NHL 09 added new innovations. I used to only buy 2k9 for hockey too like NBA but EA stepped there game up.
