I'd highly recommend any of those three options to anybody, I dropped about $70 in the iTunes store for Seahawks highlights after I got a gift card for Christmas, that was well worth it.

NFL Follow Your Team:
These are 15-20 minute highlights from the TV feed from every single game, with the radio audio of both teams playing. They also show about 5 minutes of press conference footage after the game. It is very simple, nothing flashy, just highlights. They go a little heavy on the offense (they mainly show first downs and scores, very rarely will they show a good defensive play unless it's a sack or turnover), but it's a good bargain at $25 for the whole season.

NFL Game of the Week:
The show on NFL Network, they sell each game for $3. This is the stuff with all the varied camera angles and behind the scenes audio, a production more or less with legendary Harry Kallas narrating rather than straight highlights. There were 5 Seahawks games that were NFL Network Game of the Week from 06-07, so I grabbed all of them.

Condensed Games:
Starting for the '07 season, they put condensed games on there for $4. It shows you every play in about an hour with the tv audio. It also has a screen that drops in with press conference footage regarding a particular play as that play is being ran every now and then. They had 4 Seahawks games from 07 as this so I grabbed them.

** In short I'd definitely recommend this to any NFL fan, especially the NFL Follow Your Team because it's every single game and pretty cheap at about $1.50 per episode if you buy the whole season.
